Terms and Conditions – Andi Roatan Tours

1. Booking & Payment
All tours must be booked online through Andi Roatan Tours’ official website. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, and cash for additional activities booked on-site. Full payment is required to confirm reservations. In some cases, a deposit of $60 USD may be accepted, with the remaining balance due upon arrival.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 100% refund if the cruise ship does not dock in Roatan.

• 100% refund if a doctor’s note from the ship’s medical staff is provided.

• 100% refund if cancellation occurs at least 72 hours before the estimated time of arrival.

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.

3. Age Restrictions & Parental Consent
There are no age restrictions for general tours. However, certain activities such as ziplining, ATV, parasailing, and jetski rentals have age restrictions and require parental consent for participants under 16 years old.

4. Health & Safety Requirements
While most tours are accessible to all, activities such as ziplining, ATVs, parasailing, jetskis, and scuba diving have specific health restrictions. Participants must disclose any medical conditions that could impact their safety. Andi Roatan Tours does not provide insurance coverage; guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance from a third-party provider. In case of an emergency, our guides will contact emergency services. The company is not liable for injuries, accidents, or permanent disability resulting from tour participation.

5. Rescheduling & Weather-Related Cancellations
Guests must notify us at least 24 hours before their ship’s estimated arrival time for rescheduling. If a tour is canceled due to bad weather and the ship does not dock, a full refund will be issued. If specific activities are canceled due to weather conditions, we will offer an alternative activity of equal or greater value.

6. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must follow the instructions of our guides and third-party providers.

• Clients are responsible for exiting the ship and meeting their tour guide within 3-4 hours of docking.

• Andi Roatan Tours is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If an item is found, we will notify the client and arrange delivery at their expense.

7. Group Bookings & Discounts
Guests booking as a group must provide the full name and group size under which the reservation was made. We offer $10 discounts for military veterans, police officers, and first responders. Groups of 10 or more and those celebrating special occasions (honeymoons, birthdays) are eligible for a $5 discount per person.

8. Transportation & Ship Departure
Andi Roatan Tours ensures all planned activities are completed in a timely manner so clients can return to their ship at least 2 hours before departure. If a client misses their ship due to a delay on our part, we will cover the cost of hotel accommodations and a return flight to their ship’s next port of call.

9. Privacy Policy
We collect personal information to contact clients before, during, and after their tour. This data is used to improve our services and marketing strategies. All personal information is encrypted and password-protected, accessible only by Andi Roatan Tours’ administrative staff. We do not sell or share personal client information with third parties.

10. Agreement to Terms
By booking a tour with Andi Roatan Tours, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
